We employ our own full-time Gas/Oil Quality and Training Manager who regularly inspects and audits every gas operative to ensure they are fully conversant with the latest statutory regulations and technical updates, in accordance with the frequencies dictated by the grading system within our Auditing Procedure and the ISO standards.
Our comprehensive management and inspection systems have been developed and are regularly reviewed, to ensure that every customer receives the highest quality service on all work undertaken, and to gauge our customer’s perception of us.
In addition to this, we also undertake a percentage of non-technical telephone audits to measure our performance, the results of which are used for improvement, and as a Key Performance Indicator that is measured and quantified as part of our Quality Procedures.
