We provide a fully integrated M&E Project Management service, throughout the Midlands with our in house teams of highly skilled and experienced technical staff and engineers.

Each project is fully managed by a dedicated project manager from estimation through to installation and handover.

Our services include design and consultation, installation, inspection, testing and certification. We install the very latest technologies in heating, cooling and ventilation and provide a complete range of electrical engineering services as well as all additional infrastructure support requirements.

We work on a diverse range of projects from high tech installations to the more delicate specialist needs of classical or listed buildings. Whatever your requirements, our M&E Contracts team will deliver an expert service and total peace of mind.

Heritage Project

APETHORPE PALACE

Installation of cold water booster set to feed 6no direct feed twin immersion unvented water cylinders throughout the building

Installation of first fix hot and cold water services hidden within walls and floors to 10no toilets and 2no kitchens
Final fix of sanitary ware within 10no bathrooms.

Project in Brief:

Route development to satisfy both client, structural engineer and designer requirements
Installation of buried oil tank as to keep aesthetics of the building and surroundings
Installation of oil fired plant room (280kw) including low loss header, zoning, building management system and bespoke flue within period chimney
Installation of heating to 1/3 of the building, all pipework to be hidden and period cast iron radiators installed (approx. 60 radiators)
